Oversees the functions of all editorial segments and serves as the primary decision-maker for all manuscripts. The Editor-in-Chief approves or rejects decisions made by Associate Editors and may reassign responsibilities to designated Deputy Editors. Additionally, this role includes assigning responsibilities to editorial board members and making changes to journal sections without BOT approval.
Assist the Editor-in-Chief and assume their responsibilities in their absence. They support section editors in maintaining consistency in style and length of articles and may act as primary decision-makers when delegated.
